Originally trained as a painter, Lim has expanded her practice to installation, photography, and drawing. Her work is based on questions related to Singapore\u2019s rapidly changing environment and the notions of preservation and history.<\/p>\n<p>She has exhibited at Lasalle and the Substation in Singapore, Connected 09 in Austria, The Lab Gallery in Ireland, and the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Art Museum. She is currently a lecturer at Lasalle. Her past works include The Topography of Birds, in which she juxtaposed bodies of various birds species against paintings of their urban, industrial locations.
